Sheltie a loving family member

The Sheltie is eager to please and bonds closely with his family but at times will pick one member to be his own. He needs and demands loving interaction. In return he gives unqualified love and loyalty, and becomes a true family member. While he is rugged enough to be an outside dog, he prefers the closeness and comfort of the indoors where he can watch over his family.
